About the Artist

Laurie began her love of art, jewelry and the natural world at a very young age. At around 8 years old, she got a

rock tumbler as a gift and the passion for crystals and jewelry making began!

Coming from a very crafty family with roots in Appalachia, Laurie learned to draw, sew,  paint and cook, as well as 

garden and respect living things as a way of life. She holds degrees, certifications and licenses in holistic therapies, including reiki, massage therapy, holistic nutrition, yoga and the clinical application of essential oils.

Laurie incorporates all of these gifts in her work, lovingly reiki charging each product. Combining the magical and healing energies of metals, stones, colors, symbols, herbs and plants to create functional art, tools, medicinals and jewelry with intention.
